”I first contacted Vision Real Estate when I began looking for a place to buy in Barcelona. I wanted to invest in an apartment, and not being a native Spanish speaker, nor knowing much about the real estate market or system in Barcelona or Spain, I thought it best to go through someone who knew what they were doing and could give me guidance throughout the entire process. Deciding to use Vision Real Estate to help me with all of this was the best decision I made. Simply put, I couldn’t have done any of it without them.
The advantages to having a personal real estate agent walk me through every step of the buying process, was invaluable. Not only did they offer me a good bargain, but after the deal was done and the apartment bought, they continued to help with all of the logistical issues until the water was running, the electricity was in my name and until they felt satisfied that all loose ends were tied. I think their continued support after the deal was made was just as valuable if not more so, than having them help me in the actual buying process.
When I first contacted them through email after I saw one of their listings on www.Kijiji.ca about some appartments in barcelona, I was a little confused because it was for the first time that I was seeing apartments from foreign countries listed on canadian websites. The price was great so I decided to chat with them online. After talking through email and telephone I understood that the appartment's owner is an italian and they have a system of promoting all of their properties on multiple websites from different countries. I decided to buy the apartment and after paying the earnst money to reserve the apartment for me I flew from Canada to Spain to meet an agent who also flew from England to meet me (imagine that !!! :)) I saw the apartment and I fell in love with it and the sights around it. i decided to buy it as fast as possible even though I still had about one week left to make a decision because of my earnst deposit I made.

They dealt with the lawyers, the banks, the owner of the apartment and anyone else who needed to be involved. There’s no way I could have done this on my own, as there’s endless amounts of documents and paper work that needs to be sorted out and if you don’t know the Spanish system and if it’s not your first language it can become very confusing.
Yoram (the agent who came to barcelona for the private viewing) has endless patience when it comes to dealing with clients. He is reliable, honest, straight up and accountable and he goes above and beyond for the people he works with.

It came to my attention that this agency is doing these international property transactions for a long time and their experience and knowledge of the market, as well as the ‘know how’ about all the legal therms from spain birocracy ...it was incredibly useful and worthwhile!
Working with Vision Real Estate was a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t have found nor bought the apartment I have today, if it wasn’t for them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a place in Barcelona or any other countries they sell appartments in. ”We found a great deal in Berlin on a website wich led us to these guys ... Vision Real Estate. I do not think we could have succeeded without them.
In addition to this they found, coordinated and oversaw the numerous contractors we used for our refurbishment. They saved us money and helped us make a great investment, which almost doubled in value within a year, and never gave any reason to doubt the trust we placed in them.
